Good to know
Do I need an account to earn store credit?
No. Every order earns 10% back, also when you check out as a guest. To see and spend your credit, just sign in with the same email address you ordered with. Your credit is already waiting for you.
When does my store credit arrive?
As soon as your order ships. You'll get an email with the amount and the date it expires. Store credit you earn on an order is valid for 60 days.
How do I use my store credit?
Sign in at checkout and tick Apply store credit under Payment. It comes off your total right away, and any amount left stays in your account.
What happens if I return something?
The credit you earned on returned items is removed. Prefer store credit instead of a refund to your card? You get 10% extra, and that credit never expires. See our refund policy.
Can I exchange store credit for cash?
No, store credit can only be used in our shop, in the currency you shop in.
