Barnaby is the coat for crisp fall mornings, trips to the pumpkin patch and the walk home from preschool. It's a true duffle shape, made softer and snugglier in curly teddy sherpa.
The sherpa runs from the roomy hood down to the hip, with three toggles on brown leather-look tabs and two patch pockets at the front. It's a classic look that pairs easily with chinos, jeans or corduroy.

- Mild detergent A gentle, baby-safe detergent. Skip fabric softener on knits.
- No bleach No bleach, stain sprays or other harsh chemicals.
- Inside out Turn it inside out and close zips and buttons to protect embroidery and trims.
- Air dry No tumble dryer. Reshape while damp and dry flat or on a hanger, out of direct sun.
- Low iron If needed, iron on low on the reverse side. Never iron over prints or embroidery.

Where we ship
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. Prices are shown in your local currency: US dollars (USD), British pounds (GBP) or Australian dollars (AUD). We currently do not ship to other countries.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order to the US, the UK and Australia. There is no minimum order value and no hidden handling fee.
Processing and delivery times
- Order cut-off time: 10:00 p.m. US Eastern Time (ET), every day. Orders placed after the cut-off, are processed the next day.
- Carrier: a tracked international courier, with final delivery by a local carrier such as USPS, Royal Mail or Australia Post.
- Processing time: 1–2 days.
- Transit time: 5–10 days after dispatch.
- Total delivery time: usually 6–12 days from the moment you place your order.

Customs, duties and taxes
All prices include taxes and import duties. There is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
- United States: no import duties or customs fees are charged on delivery.
- United Kingdom: UK VAT is included in the price and collected at checkout. No fees on delivery.
- Australia: GST is included in the price and collected at checkout. No fees on delivery.
If a carrier ever asks you for an import charge on an Evie & Bear order, please don't pay it and contact us first. We will sort it out.
Order confirmation and tracking
You'll receive an order confirmation by email right after your purchase. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel. It can take a few hours, and sometimes 1–2 days, before the first tracking update appears. You can also follow your order on our Track your order page with your order number and email address.
Delivery address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We can't change the address once the parcel is with the carrier, and we are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Delivery delays
Now and then a delivery takes longer than expected, for example because of customs checks, weather, carrier issues or busy holiday periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we'll check the status with the carrier straight away.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If tracking shows no progress for 10 days, or your parcel hasn't arrived 10 days after the end of the expected delivery window, we treat it as lost. We will then send a replacement free of charge or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Missing or incorrect items
If an item is missing from your order or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number (and a photo if possible). We'll send the correct item free of charge or refund it.
Orders in more than one parcel
Larger orders may ship in separate parcels and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking details for each parcel.

Are the toggles easy for small hands?
Each toggle slips through its loop with a simple twist. Little ones may need a hand at first, then they get the hang of it.
Is the Barnaby coat lined?
Yes, our supplier lists it as fleece-lined. It's made for fall and winter.
Are the cream pants part of the coat?
The coat comes on its own. We styled it with cream pants and brown shoes for the photos.
